Guidelines
- One production proof (sample stitch-out on swatch) is sent by e-mail at no charge.
- Unless previously notified, sample stitch-out swatches will be shipped next day air and are billed accordingly.
- Product sample: Unit cost plus embroidery charge.
- Normal production time for orders: Two weeks from date of approved sample stitch-out.
- Camera-ready art is required for all orders.
- A $100.00 set-up fee per logo will be charged for all logos, which are digitized.
